If you purchased your Shadowbase software directly from Gravic, then please follow your normal support channels for assistance. Gravic Shadowbase support hours are M-F, 8:30 -5pm EST, except for company holidays. For 24×7 off hours coverage, please follow the guidelines in your services contract.
