If you purchased your Shadowbase software through HPE, then please open a support case with the GNSC to achieve the quickest response.

If you purchased your Shadowbase software directly from Gravic, then please follow your normal support channels for assistance. Gravic Shadowbase support business hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern Time, except for company holidays. For 24×7 off-hours coverage, including company holidays, please follow the guidelines in your services contract.

Company Holidays

For 24×7 support contracts, Shadowbase support is always available. For business hour support contracts, responses will be delayed until the next business day for major U.S. holidays.
