December 7, 2021 — Gravic Releases Shadowbase for HPE NonStop Version 6.611

Gravic released Shadowbase for HPE NonStop Version 6.611 (T1122^AAU). This is a patch release that includes several corrected problems and a new feature for J and L series Guardian NonStop operating system versions.

Problems corrected:

• Shadowbase Consumer error 580, which occurred when opening target files in 32-bit mode when applying PURGEDATA events to it
• Shadowbase Collector failure following a peer consumer failure due to failing to start transaction in a bi-directional environment (duplicate “AVL Insert” failure message)
• A rare instance of the AUDCOLLN Collector ponging data in a bi-directional environment
• An instance where the Queue Manager would hang
• Shadowbase Consumer abend during the abort processing of a source transaction

New feature:

• AUDCOLLN collector program now supports additional JULIANTIMESTAMP (JTS) timing parameter specifications to alleviate extensive CPU utilization in the JTS functions
