Gravic personnel greatly enjoyed the 2019 Connect HPE NonStop TBC held at the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame. Luckily this year, there was not an air quality problem in San Francisco, even though wildfires still affected various parts of California, and threatened some of the attendees who live in these areas.

To kick off the conference, we worked with other members of the NonStop Under 40 (NSU40) group and some seasoned NonStop veterans to host Connect’s first annual Hackathon! Afterwards, CSP sponsored a Beer Bust where colleagues reconnected and socialized. On Monday, after the HPE’s Executive Keynote, Connect opened the floor with introductions and announced the future locations of TBC (2020 – Hyatt Regency in Burlingame, 2021 – Denver, Colorado), and then awarded Diane Funkhouser with Connect’s HPE Recognition Award. Jeff Kyle presented on the state of the NonStop platform and other trends in our industry and Franz Koenig discussed the various innovative tools available on a NonStop that can expedite development.

On Tuesday night, we participated in the NSU40 Pub Crawl at Spin!, a San Francisco table tennis bar, while others continued the night at the Alchemist, a San Francisco bar with decorative designs. Wednesday, we attended various talks, and said goodbye to our NonStop peers, and wished everyone safe travel home and a prosperous rest of the year.

We were involved with several presentations:
